Welcome, and thank you for considering purchasing my services! Here is all the information you need to know before we get started.

Emails will be answered from Monday through Saturday, from 12:00 to 19:30 (GMT-4)To avoid burnout, I only work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (May change due to college.)
I do not work on holidays.Queue closes after I've reached 6 requests total, it will open again once it's been emptied.

Terms of Service.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to be purchasing my services only.
Please read the terms carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.
If you have any doubts or issues with any of these conditions, we can discuss a solution prior to paying for a commission piece.
I, Otomo Zhinee:
Deserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
Deserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time and for any reason.
Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork, unless you break any of the terms.
Deserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.
You (the customer):
May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media with due credit to me.
Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes or to make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.)
May NOT make use of the artwork to fuel AI based technologies.
May NOT alter the commissioned artwork in any way, shape or form without my prior knowledge and consent.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off of it in any way. (this includes NFTs, Cryptocurrency and any other blockchain-based technologies.)
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature from the artwork.
Utilizing the artwork to fuel AI technologies of any kind.
Altering the artwork in any way, shape or form without my prior knowledge and consent.
Important Notes:
The customer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
If I, for any reason, am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a 45% refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not use paypal chargeback, as I will transfer the money back to you myself.
Process and Delivery
After payment, I will notify you when I have started working on your commission. Remember, at that point, you lose the rights to a refund.While I'm working on your commission, I will make reviews with you to make sure the piece is coming out exactly how you want it. The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.Please do not be afraid to point out any mistakes/corrections during this process. Remember: This commission is for you, I only want to help make it a reality. ♥
Any changes requested for the drawing (hand position, facial expression, pose, etc.) will be free only during the first try of sketches/thumbnailing. Once I begin the linework (or cleaning, in case of a sketch commission) process, each change requested will cost $3, unless there was a misunderstanding from my part.All work-in-progress sent to review will include a watermark, and the preview sent will be smaller than the finished piece.The time it takes to finish a commission will vary, depending on factors such as: Health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other pending work and any other personal matters that may arise.
If anything comes up that might slow the progress of the delivery, I will let you know asap!If your commission needs to be completed by a specific date, please give at least 3 weeks notice.
Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via Email.Please refrain from posting the full piece online before I do. Using it as an icon/header, sharing it privately with friends, is allowed.

Me reservo el derecho a rechazar una comisión por cualquier motivo.
Me reservo el derecho a cancelar y reembolsar la comisión en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo.

NO puede usar la comisión con fines comerciales o para obtener ganancias de esta (revender, redistribuir, hacer impresiones, etc.)
NO puede hacer uso de la comisión para impulsar o entrenar tecnologías basadas en IA.
NO puede alterar la comisión de ninguna manera sin mi previo conocimiento y consentimiento.
Lo siguiente se considera una infracción de derechos de autor:
Reproducir/Utilizar comercialmente la comisión protegida por derechos de autor -significa ganar dinero con ella de cualquier manera (esto incluye NFTs, criptomonedas y cualquier otra tecnología basada en blockchain).
Afirmar la obra de arte como propia.
Quitar mi firma de la obra de arte.
Utilizar la obra de arte para impulsar tecnologías de inteligencia artificial de cualquier tipo.
Alterar la obra de arte de cualquier manera sin mi previo conocimiento y consentimiento.
Notas importantes:
Al cliente no se le permite un reembolso una vez que comience a trabajar en la comisión.
Si por cualquier motivo yo no puedo empezar su comisión, recibirá un reembolso completo.
Si yo no puedo terminar su comisión, recibirá un reembolso del 45 %.
Si usted cancela su pedido antes de que yo comience a trabajar en el, recibirá un reembolso completo.
Si le corresponde un reembolso, no utilice la devolución de cargo de PayPal, espere a que le transfiera el dinero yo mismo.
Proceso y Entrega
Luego del pago, le notificaré el momento en el comience a trabajar en su comisión. Recuerde que, desde ese momento, usted pierde el derecho a un reembolso.Mientras trabajo en su comisión, haré revisiones con usted para asegurarme de que la obra esté saliendo exactamente como la quiere. La cantidad de revisiones depende de la complejidad del trabajo.No tenga miedo de señalar cualquier error o corrección durante este proceso. Una vez que la obra esté terminada, recibirá la imagen en resolución completa por correo electrónico.Por favor absténgase de publicar la obra completa online antes de que yo lo haga. Pero usarla como ícono/encabezado y compartirla de forma privada con amigos esta permitido.
DO's and DON'Ts
A list of things I can draw and things I will not draw. The ones with the (!) icon can have little exceptions to them.
I can draw:
• Humans.
• Furry/Anthro characters.
• Original Characters
• Ship art! canon characters, crossover ships, you name it!
• Fanart of your favorite piece of media
• Minimalistic/Simple Backgrounds.
I will not draw:
• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
• Mechas and/or mechanical objects of any kind. (Cartoon, stylized robots or simple designs are okay.)
• Landscapes or overly detailed backgrounds.
• Complex designs. (!)
• Gore. (!)
• Hateful art.
• Imitation of other art styles (anime, cartoons, another artist' work, etc).
• Any content that involves incest, selfcest or pedophilia, regardless of the context.
(!)About Complex designs: This one is pretty flexible, actually. Just show me the character's design and I'll be able to tell if I'm capable of drawing it or not! (Keep in mind that I may need to simplify some minor details for the sake of time and consistency, but the overall design will always stay intact.)(!) About Gore: I can draw blood and small wounds, but nothing explicitly violent that goes beyond that, such as inner organs. If you're not sure what may or may not count as too "explicitly violent", just ask me!
Los Si y No
Lista de cosas que puedo dibujar y cosas que no dibujaré. Las que tienen el ícono (!) pueden tener pequeñas excepciones.
Puedo dibujar:
• Humanos.

• Paisajes o fondos demasiado detallados.
• Diseños complejos. (!)

• Arte que incite al odio.
• Imitación de otros estilos artísticos (anime, dibujos animados, trabajo de otros artistas, etc.).
• Cualquier contenido que involucre incesto, autoincesto o pedofilia, independientemente del contexto.
(!)Acerca de diseños complejos: Esta regla es bastante flexible. ¡Solo muéstreme el diseño del personaje y podré decirle si soy capaz de dibujarlo o no! (Tenga en cuenta que es posible que deba simplificar algunos detalles menores por cuestiones de tiempo y coherencia, pero el diseño general siempre se mantendrá intacto.)(!) Minimalist Background
From $5 to $35
Flat colors and more are done with a watercolor style. It can include minimalistic backgrounds.
NOTES!
Extra characters will come with extra charge each. $3 in a Sketch, $5 in Linework/Flats, and $10 in Cel shading. Only two extra characters are allowed per piece!
Any changes requested for the drawing (hand position, facial expression, pose, etc.) will be free only during the first try of sketches/thumbnailing. 10% discount on all orders, from $30 and above, for all commission requests starring Crash Bandicoot & Rayman together.
Ship art involving Crash or Rayman with other characters (ocXcanon,canonXcanon, etc.) is allowed. However, please keep in mind I may reject the request if it makes me uncomfortable. Do not be discouraged nor ashamed to ask!
